CHICAGO - Harris and its parent company, BMO Financial Group (TSX, NYSE: BMO), today announced they are expanding the U.S. Personal and Commercial Banking business with the definitive agreements to acquire two Wisconsin banks in a move that will increase the Harris branch network by nearly 20 percent.
